What to bring?
You may bring stuffed toys, nylabones, chew toys – anything that s/he may like to do during our quiet times or that will bring him/her comfort. Bringing your own food is encouraged, preferably in a sealed food grade plastic container like Rubbermaid, with feeding instructions. We have lots of bowls here, so it is not necessary to bring your own unless a special one is required (like a slow-feed bowl). A blanket is welcomed; beds are not a “hard no”, however they are not generally recommended as the oversized ones do not fit in our washing machine and therefore can be difficult to clean should an accident happen. They can also be a chewing risk for some dogs. Beds are brought at the owner’s discretion.
Can you give medications?
We can give any medications your dog or cat requires. This includes oral medications, insulin injections, topical drop or ointments.
What are the drop-off & pick-up times?
we do all of our drop-offs and pick-ups between 8-9 in the morning, and 4-5 in the afternoon. We book individual time slots in 15 minute increments (8am, 8:15, etc…) to ensure that only one client is arriving at a time, so that we can give you our undivided attention!
What vaccinations are required?
We require rabies and distemper (DAPP) to be kept up to date; we also suggest the Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine although that one is not a requirement.
What’s the Cancellation Policy?
We require a deposit of 25% of the estimated invoice total at time of booking. We then require an additional 25% to be paid prior to any dog’s scheduled drop-off date, meaning a total of 50% of the estimate should be paid by time of drop-off. These deposits are 100% refundable, if cancellation is made within the appropriate time frame. We ask that all cancellations be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the scheduled drop-off date. Cancellations made within less than 7 days will forfeit their deposit.
